SEO Strategist (AEO, AI & Technical SEO All-Rounder) – Remote

The goal is simple: build genuinely useful products, scale them properly, and stay away from unnecessary marketing fluff. You’ll be working directly with decision-makers, not buried under layers of management.

Role Overview

We’re not looking for someone who just follows SEO checklists. We need someone who actually understands how SEO works end-to-end and can take ownership.
This role covers technical SEO, content strategy, and adapting for AI-driven search (AEO / LLM visibility).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute complete SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page)
• Optimize for both traditional search engines and AI-driven platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
• Perform keyword research based on real intent, not just search volume
• Build and execute backlink strategies (outreach, partnerships, placements)
• Manage and improve content (blogs, landing pages, topical authority)
• Identify and fix technical SEO issues (indexing, crawling, structure, performance)
• Track rankings, traffic, and continuously improve based on data
• Test new strategies and identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• Proven SEO experience (not entry-level)
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and website fundamentals
• Experience with manual backlink building and outreach
• Solid knowledge of on-page SEO and content structuring
• Understanding of AI search / LLM behavior is a strong plus
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Familiarity with tools like GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
