Job Description & Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee our Pakistan-based team and ensure everything runs on time and smoothly.
- Manage daily operations across developers, SEO, PPC, and CRM teams
- Act as the communication bridge between leadership and the team
- Clearly convey instructions, updates, and expectations in both directions
- Track progress of tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Handle shift management (6 PM – 2 AM PKT) and team coordination
- Monitor team performance and maintain accountability
- Assist with basic HR tasks (attendance, follow-ups, coordination, hiring support)
- Ensure proper workflow between different departments
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or Team Lead
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Confident in leading discussions, giving instructions, and reporting updates
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple teams and tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO/PPC), development workflows, and CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
Location: Remote (Pakistan)
Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PKT)
Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 per month (based on experience)
