The Role: We are hiring a technical CRM & Automation Manager who lives and breathes GoHighLevel and is ready to go deeper into voice AI. You will own our GHL environment end to end, build and wire up integrations across our stack, and work hands-on with our voice AI agents. You will also keep the trains running: tracking tasks, holding deadlines, and making sure work ships on time. This is a build-and-manage role, not a strategy-only seat.You understand the marketing side as much as the technical side. You know why a funnel converts, not just how to assemble one. You also know how to keep email deliverable: setting up domains, warming them properly, and making sure messages land in the inbox instead of spam. Experience running Meta ads is a strong plus and will set your application apart.
What You’ll Do
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns inside GoHighLevel
- Design and maintain automations, workflows, pipelines, triggers, and integrations
- Work hands-on with voice AI agents: configuration, testing, and integration into our workflows
- Connect tools across the stack (GHL, voice AI, email, Apollo, and more) into clean, reliable pipelines
- Set up sending domains, manage warm-up, and protect inbox deliverability
- Keep the CRM clean, organized, and reliable as priorities shift
- Coordinate tasks across the team, track progress, and make sure work gets done on time
- Turn marketing goals into working builds and measurable results
- Make updates quickly and accurately when the team needs them
What You Bring
- Deep, current, hands-on GoHighLevel expertise (you stay up to date with every release)
- A track record of successful campaigns you personally built and ran on GHL
- Comfort working with voice AI tools and integrating them into live workflows
- Strong integration skills: connecting platforms, APIs, and tools so they work together cleanly
- Strong email infrastructure skills: domain setup, warm-up, and inbox deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Strong grasp of marketing fundamentals, not just CRM mechanics
- A manager’s instinct: you track tasks, follow up, and make sure things ship
- Meta ads experience (big plus)
- Apollo experience (a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and turn updates around fast
- Excellent written and spoken English and clear communication

- Compensation: $600 to $1,000 per month, based on experience
